I saw this on Pinterest...yes, I finally succumbed to Pinterest...but only mildly so!
There wasn't a pattern so I just had to wing it. Mine is reversible.
I also made a mug rug/pot holder (used Insul-Bright) that is double sided.
The mini topper is just the right size to fit on top of the toilet tank.
